What a delightful surprise to meet Dr Carr at Mercy Medical Urgent Care! A doctor with his breadth of experience and able to prescribe exactly the right treatment- I experienced almost immediate relief. Dr Carr’s friendliness and sense of humor were also good medicine!

Going to a doctor or Urgent Care isn't always a positive experience, but going to Mercy Medical is when you are attended to by Jeral and his staff. He has a calming and encouraging demeanor and gives you the information you need.

We have been here three times. My husband and I found Dr. Jerald Carr to be thorough in his exam/evaluation. As a retired nurse have the utmost respect for him. He is very pleasant, personable and approachable. He explains what he diagnosed and why he recommends a particular treatment. Mutual respect is paramount and he had that for his patients. He also takes time for questions and concerns. You never feel that you are bothering him. We always feel confident and comfortable in his assessment when we leave. Most of the physicians we see nowadays seem to be primarily interested in prescribing medications for your symptoms and not getting to the cause, nor listening to the patient. He is definitely an oasis of quality in a desert of mediocrity.

Jeral is great at his job I would recommend him to anyone he cares about what he's doing and it shows.

I have always had wonderful service here at Mercy Urgent Care. Whether it's been for my daughter or myself. I went it one night after work an hour before they closed and just a day or 2 before Christmas with Pink eye. Dr. Jeral Carr saw me right away diagnosed my pink eye and prescribed me what I needed. Fast and efficient. I've recently been in for my daughter due to a virus and the entire staff went above and beyond to make my 4 year old feel safe and comfortable. Even when it came to the hard part in testing her for what she may have had. Once again the staff was efficient and thorough. I highly recommend seeing them for any of your urgent care needs!
